General / Getting Started
Love Cashback helps you earn real money back whenever you shop with our partner retailers. Click through to a retailer on Love Cashback, complete an eligible purchase, and we share the commission we earn with you as cashback.
Not a cent. Signing up and earning cashback is completely free. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs. A minimum balance (typically $20) is needed to withdraw.
Sign up with your email address, verify it, and you're good to go. You can start earning cashback right away.
Earning Cashback
When you click a retailer link on Love Cashback, a tracking cookie or tag records that you came from us. If your purchase qualifies, the retailer reports the sale and your cashback is logged.
Typical reasons include:
- not clicking through Love Cashback before purchasing,
- entering unlisted voucher codes,
- ad-blockers or privacy settings blocking tracking,
- returning or cancelling items,
- visiting another cashback or voucher site beforehand,
- or the retailer not yet reporting the sale.
If you believe your cashback should have tracked, please submit a missing cashback claim so our team can look into it.
Not necessarily. Certain categories, payment methods, or delivery options may be excluded. Always review the offer's terms and exclusions before you buy.
Payout / Redeeming Cashback
Once the retailer confirms your order and their returns period has passed. The timeframe varies by retailer and may take several weeks.
When your confirmed balance reaches at least $20, you can request a withdrawal. Options include PayPal or a direct transfer to your New Zealand bank account.
Bank transfers typically appear from "Love Savings Group Limited" with a "Cashback" reference. You'll receive an email notification when your payout has been processed.
Missing Cashback
Tracking may take a few days to come through. If it still hasn't appeared after 30 days, lodge a Missing Cashback claim with your order details and we'll look into it.
Most claims are sorted within a few weeks, though some retailers may take up to 8 weeks. We'll send you an email update as soon as we have a response.
Unfortunately, not always. If tracking was blocked or the purchase didn't meet the eligibility criteria, recovery may not be possible. Always start your shop from Love Cashback and steer clear of unlisted codes.
Technical & Account Support
Click the "Forgot your password?" link to request a reset email. If it doesn't arrive, have a look in your spam or junk folder.
Log in and head to your My Profile settings. For security reasons, certain changes may need to be confirmed via email.
Double-check your password, make sure your email has been verified, and clear any cached sessions. You can also try resetting your password or clearing your browser cookies.
Offers, Terms, and Conditions
Yes. Retailers may adjust or pause their offers at any time. We do our best to keep rates up to date, but final eligibility is determined by the retailer's own terms.
Every offer has its own set of rules covering qualifying purchases, exclusions, and limits. It's worth reviewing these before you buy to confirm you're eligible.
Safety and Privacy
We comply with New Zealand privacy legislation and follow industry best practices. Your data is only used to run Love Cashback and is never sold to third parties.
